This “mayor” is speaking from exile, somewhere in western Ukraine.

I knew there was something fishy about this article. Do people REALLY think the Russians would abandon this city when everyone is rushing to get Russian citizenships there? Can you imagine the retribution there would be if the Ukrainians got their hands on it again?!

Especially with the Nazi nuts still on the loose!
