COLUMBIA, Md. — A 12-year-old girl died early Sunday morning after crashing a car, Howard County police said.
County police said the car struck a tree around 2 a.m. Sunday on Broken Land Parkway near Cradlerock Way in the Columbia area.
Investigations said a 36-year-old man in the car with the driver was taken to Shock Trauma with serious injuries.
Police say they're still investigating why the 12-year-old girl was driving.
My guess is the 36 year old male passenger was taking 12 year old Josseline Molina-Rivas across state lines to get an abortion.

Could be. However, this was in the People’s Republic of Maryland, so there’d be no need to go into another state.
What was he doing with a 12-year-old he was not related to at 2 AM, much less why was she driving? He should be executed and deported. Even following the laws, he should be in a lot of trouble.
