Sorry to hear that. Is your hearing good? Try to avoid high sodium processed foods.For the vertigo I keep the non drowsy form of Dramamine aka Meclizine near by at all times. The sooner I take it the better if I feel vertigo coming on, a nurse who had delt with episodes of vertigo told me the best thing to do is let it dissolve under your tongue for fastest results.
