This policy is not about alternatives available to woman who decide not to abort. It is about not allowing material that promote such abortion methods as douching with bleach or drinking large amounts of gin while in a hot bath or puncturing the sac with crochet hooks or taking certain herbs. It is a good policy. Abortion is evil enough without women being encouraged to try “do it yourself” rather than being directed towards where they can get support to carry a baby to term.
