I’m somewhat familiar with the area. While I’d like to badmouth the area...it’s a wideopen, well-lit space (a couple light poles RIGHT THERE), across the parking lot from a convenience store and a lot of shops, down the road from UNCC, major highway, tons of apartments around, lots of traffic. She had plenty of time and space to see the guy coming. Apperently, her alarm bells didn’t go off, or she wasn’t paying attention.
