If a vote was made by fraudulent means then the vote doesn’t count. A vote is the same as a personal contract that is recorded between one person and the candidate proving that the person approves and supports the candidate.
It is becoming clear that Pence validated a fraudulent election and those that want to just move on are allowing all future elections to be corrupt.

One doesn't need to put an "In Case of Fraud" clause in a legal contract, statutory code or the Constitution in every paragraph, or at all. It's a basic self identifying legal principle. If an act was committed fraudulently, then the act hasn't been completed.
