Been there. It’s a sh*thole. It makes Tijuana look like Beverly Hills. Been to all 4 major cities Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.

Horrible. When I came back to L.A. and I passed by Skid Row, Skid Row looked like heaven to me.
