I saw the original in Florence in 2019. A beautiful representation of the art of that period.

I saw it there when I was 12. We were stationed in Italy at the time. I liked Primavera, but loved The Birth of Venus. Botticelli is still one of my favorite artists. I like the faces.

As long as the enviroweenies don’t harm the art, I say leave ‘em there until they’re forced to abandon their nonsense due to thirst, hunger or the need to empty a bladder or bowels.

Botticelli's Birth of Venus is one of my favorite paintings. I have a framed print of it.

I would disagree. If I traveled 3,000 miles to see a Botticelli, you better be out of the damn way.
I don’t care what your politics says.

Too bad the didn’t have their asses kicked while standing there glued to the glass.
I damn sure would have tried to do so...enough of this crap already...
