I worked the grill when I was at MacDonalds. One of few women who asked for that, most worked the register. It was not easy but not difficult as I was a Home Economics major.

I don’t think they have the grill anymore, somehow the meat is heated another way.

McD's corporate HQ has really screw'd the quality of the product. No idea what they use for meat but its bad. Very gristley. Everything is worse even the fries. The size of the quarterpounder is depressingly small. I refuse to do fast food. KFC is another joke from what it was in the 90's.
