I have family in that area and know the county well. This seems to fall in line with other things I’ve heard going on in Johnston county. They would love to spread the Yankees in Wake County towards Johnston County.

It appears highly likely that this woman is a nightmare. The question is why did the City Council see fit to hire her? It sounds like the City Council needs to step up, admit their mistake, and give her a one way bus ticket out of town. Then the voters need to re-evaluate the type of people they’re electing to the council if they’re not capable of vetting prospects properly for a position like this.
