I wouldn't say misuse, but it isn't a clear picture of the situation. There are far too many variables, including which part of the population is fully vaxxed (high comorbidities are likely).

That said, if these were truly vaccines meant to "prevent" COVID, by any measure they are failing, and in some cases making the situation worse for the younger portion of the population.
