I’m not aware of any state or federal law against miscarriages. In MI we have a ballot proposal which had false information advertising from its pro-abortion promoters such as "You could be prosecuted and go to prison if you have a miscarriage now that Roe is gone" and the same for a miscarriage" and an ectopic pregnancy. Nonsense the promoters knew they were spreading to achieve their goal.
