I don't see any statute of time limitation on the natural born citizen (NBC) qualification for president. It will always be ripe to disqualify and remove someone from becoming or continuing as president, perhaps even in retrospect, removing the designation for someone who was never qualified.

Even though the Electoral College twice did not challenge Barry on that score, SCOTUS US v Throckmorton's finding of "fraud vitiates everything" could be considered operative in Barry's case and that of his handlers with regard to his presidential elections in 2008 and 2012.

The only supportive pieces of documentation Barry ever showed regarding his potential claim to being a NBC have conclusively shown indicia of having been forged and fraudulent.

If Barry were a US NBC, there would no need to foist fraudulent forgeries before the American public as Barry and his White House Counsel--a CIA asset whose law firm (of which he was for decades its chairman) represented the CCP for decades and whose specialty was election law and whose wife continues as a chief advisor in the Biden White House--clearly did.

The CIA asset who procured Barry's straightforwardly provable, fraudulent and forged Long Form Birth Certificate (LFBC) was given a faked death in 2013, one of the obvious goals for which was that she, as Hawaii Director of Health, would thenceforward never have to testify to a court or to Congress. In large part because the Department of Justice, the courts, and other agencies have been so corrupt and captured, the merits of the case against Barry's being a NBC and therefore qualified to be a US president have never been fully or properly considered.

Had Barry and his forged LFBC been stopped, we would very likely never had Trump being wiretapped and saddled with "Russia-Russia-Russia and two fraudulent, trumped-up (forgive me!) impeachments.
