Bob Seger palled around with Springsteen for a while in LA back in the day. Bob said Bruce would give up on a song quicker than anyone else he ever met. Said if a song didn’t come together in 4 or 5 days Springsteen would throw it away and never look at it again.
Springstein always sounds like he’s taking a dump.
