My point is that the fear of suit is greater in a Board than in an Owner. An Owner defends while a Board parries. The typical HR type is a product of the Grievance Industry itself — they are symbiots. The justify their existence with fear of attack.
Leftists fit well in both roles in the Grievance industry.
