Erdogan just plays one side against the other. He’s not happy with Russian troops in Syria interfering with his theft of oil there, and needs to kiss up to the West so they won’t sink the Turkish lira any more than they already have. So now we are suppose to cheer Erdogan’s childish ‘snubbing’ of Putin by making him wait 48 seconds to be greeted? And this is somehow supposed to be big news? What a joke.
Russia is also in the way of Erdogan’s dream of rebuilding The Ottoman Empire.
