This flies in the face of Los Angeles County Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer’s announcement on Thursday that Los Angeles County has officially reached the “High” level of new COVID-19 cases and County hospitalization rates, giving the County two weeks to fall back below or else mandatory indoor masking mandates return, as the Globe reported.

I think Ferrer is one of those people who advanced to their position because of the way they look. I thought a while before I realized what she reminded me of: the matriarch of a post-apocalyptic desert clan, straight out of Hollywood central casting. She has even perfected the “thousand-mile stare.”
As I’ve said. All the people demanding masks, business closures, etc. haven’t lost a penny in income.
Barbara Ferrer helped destroy over 40% of the business’s in LA. She wants to continue doing so.
