I always believed the whole climate change push was made up. I figured it this way....
If there are a group of evil communists that want to rule the world, then they have to come up with something as a way to bring about that control of the world. There are very few things that affect the entire planet. Even responsible stewardship of the earth can be and is done on a local, national level. No, it has to be something that will affect (SCARE) everyone, and it has to be something bigger than individuals and locals think they can handle, or debunk.
Enter global warming, the younger kin of climate change. They can say whatever they want, and pay their own scientists to back them up. Push it on people (half of them will react with fear and will then start the virtue routine and then it becomes a religion) and then you have your overlords who will save the planet - by controlling everything, everywhere, from manufacturing to what we eat to farming. All can be brought into this narrative, and the WEF will take it from there.
