Of course it was a “ridiculous overkill”. These raids are designed to tell us that, ‘resistance is futile. They have the manpower & the firepower to over come all resistance.

So when the Feds kick down your front door, slap you in handcuffs and drag you down to some detainment center where they question you for several days. What happens to your home in the meantime? Unless you live in a gated area it is very likely that much of what was in your home that the feds didn’t take will not be there when you are released. Do insurance policies cover ‘legal’ home invasions? Can you sue for compensation? How can one be made whole after such a travesty?
