Ignoring the Constitution until the Supreme Court rules against you, then defy the Court by making even more anti-Constitutional laws & edicts.
That is how a Republic dies. It takes little longer than an armed revolution, but is probably more permanent and safer.

Why do we have to follow somebody’s special dream and vision every 4 years? Is simple bureaucratic administration too much to ask for?

That sword cuts both ways..... just do it. It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission.

This was how they cemented the “Affordable Care Act” into place.
They knew it was unconstitutional.
But they also knew that if they front-loaded it with bureaucracy, buying/leasing building, filling offices with desks, computers, equipment, hiring people, that by the time it went in front of the Supreme Court and was declared unconstitutional...like a tick with its blood sucking head buried deeply into the host, it wasn’t going to be extracted.
Because their policies have no real mandate from the public, this is their approach. They are doing the same thing with Climate Change and energy policy.
Damn them all to Hell. Damn them.

Most recently, I forget which of Biden’s henchman said in the last couple days that they’re going to institute “strong”
Action on climate “with or without Congress.”

The ONES WHO GIVE THE ORDERS need to have “accidents”, or simply disappear.
