The COVID vaccines are not unique. All vaccines are protected from lawsuits by the PREP Act. This act was necessary to keep pharmaceutical companies in the vaccine business. Prior to it’s passage, frivolous lawsuits were driving companies out of the business. Congress provided other remedies for those damaged by the vaccines.
But is the act of forcing people to get a vaccine that may damage their health and they don’t want worthy of a law suit?
