Biden frequently coughs into his hand. Every kindergartner has been taught for decades to cough into his/her elbow. During Covid almost everyone learned that. Somehow Biden cannot change his lifelong habit.
Now he coughs into his right fist while he is reading a teleprompter from a podium. Then he sometimes moves to his right with that hand extended to shake hands whether there is a person standing there or not.
