You are missing the point in two ways:
First, “the good guys” being referred to here is Western Civilization, not Germany. Germany is just a prime example of a Western nation losing out.
Second, do you know any Germans personally? The German people are good people - as good as anyone else. The Germany people are certainly guilty of succumbing to government corruption and tyranny, but so are we Americans as it turns out.
I’m not missing any point. Germany has been assaulting western civilization for 100s of years. Longer if you go back to the Huns. News to you. Communism is a German creation.
I know plenty of Germans. I’ve lived overseas for 20 years. On an individual level, I had some that I was and am good friends with. I also have Russian, Chinese, and Iranian friends. Stupid point.
