Whenever Trump asked good questions about Mueller / Comey and the Coup - Republicans ran out and defended Mueller / Comey and Weissmann.
Then the Republicans (still owning the Senate) had no interest in Investigating the Dirty Get Trump Op.
Sessions gamely gave in to the Dem demands that he recuse himself from all matters involving the Russia lie and basically let the radicals at DOJ and on the Mueller team run wild. Since when did Eric Holder or Merrick Garland recuse themselves from anything?? I’m not optimistic about the Rs based on their past conduct when in 2017 they held all three branches of government. Was NPR defunded? Was wokeness reined in at the military or government agencies, much less our schools receiving federal funds? No, the only real positives from the GOP Congress were tax cuts (benefit the donors) and preventing the odious Mr. Garland from getting on the Supreme Court.
