Minimum socially acceptable age.
If you are 26, you should not be involved with those under 20 years of age to avoid the cringe factor.
If you are 36, it would look bad to be with someone under 25.
And if you are 76, below 45 is where you look like a creeper.

That makes my uncle look bad, he married late at age 37 and is 14 years older than my Aunt.
I’m not sure how that rule applies. He’s 85 this year and my aunt is 71. My 2 cousins are both in their 40s and Uncle and Auntie are still happily together.
