I’ll amuse my self momentarily here
Likely swans or snow geese, both of which are white, and capable of the aerobatics shown, in combination with the common occurrence of shafts of light on the prairies. Distance, light and perspective can play really nasty tricks with what you THINK you see.
I have seen similar events, and some even more remarkable and odd. For example, I witnessed a streak across the sky on the prairie that covered the horizon to horizon span in less than thirty seconds. Logic dictates that it was an Earth grazing meteor, but some folks WANT it to be something else...
