I worked at Pizza Hut long, long ago.
Pan pizza crust, thick and chewy pizza crust and thin & crispy pizza crust.
None of them REAL pizza crust. I know how to make real pizza crust.

I’ve watched a bunch of pizza guys on youtube.
I like to watch the guy on “Mile Zero Kitchen”.
My dough fails every time. But it’s ok, carbs are bad for me. :)
