What the Nazis did to the Jews, Democrats will do to us.

"There's the problem. The FBI basically created the "flier" themselves."
"flier"? I thought the fake perpetrator was at his boat and not at an airport...Oh, you meant to say "flyer", not "flier"...
Seriously though, a huge societal problem we have now is that "talk" is no longer as cheap as it should be. Make "talk" cheap again!
Also, it's okay to hate those who use, believe and respond to costly "talk" because it's part of the process of ruining innocent peoples' careers, relationships and their lives altogether. "Talk" is NOT cheap!

Aren’t federal military forces, presumably including the Coast Guard, prohibited from enforcing civilian laws under the posse comitatus act? Arrest without a warrant …what the hell is happening in our country?

I know two men who were arrested and jailed for constitutional peaceful protest related traffic infractions. One spent 5 days in jail and was just released today. He never received a ticket but assumed there was one so he went to the police dept, found out there was one, paid it in full ($60) and was taken into custody later that day. He has a Constitutional attorney and is seeking a civil rights attorney.
The other has similar citations, fought extradition so they released him. I believe he’s turning himself in along with his Constitutional attorney today

I agree, and in case nobody else noticed, "woke" progressive Democrats and their constituents have unwittingly and spectacularly revealed their idiocy, stupidity, ignorance, depravity, lack of common sense and sound logic, and it will be inevitable that they will fall hard and flat on their ugly faces.

... it appears the Coast Guard was acting on an anonymous tip without first verifying the information with the FBI.

Why does it not surprise me we have yet another FedGov agency that’s fallen to corruption/incompetence.

They have harassed everyone, even those law abiding citizens, that went. Even those who never left the political rally, never went near congress.
This is all about intimidation, political, and limiting free speech. It’s not an accident, and it’s disgusting. However, since we went full fascist in 2020, it’s expected.

The government will compensate him for his troubles by siccing the IRS on him.
To: 17th Miss Regt
Well, sure. He has to be guilty of something or they wouldn't have arrested him.
The Coast Guard made the arrest based off of a flyer sent to them from an anonymous source...
The Dems are very fond of anonymous tips, anonymous testimony, untraceable actions, and both falsifying and destroying evidence. This wasn't a mistake, it was the new normal.

"Why hasn't Ray Epps been arrested? " Good question. Incitement to Riot is a crime. And Epps was clearly the ringleader of incitement.

"The tip appears to be a fake “FBI wanted” poster that was mailed to several law enforcement agencies across the area by an anonymous source." Just the typical citizen of today following the rules our communist masters have imposed:
Bow down!... Obey!... Snitch!...

Is Biden’s and his handlers almost ready for the Deep State Government and Woke Military to take over?

Tossed overboard tied to a cement block.
To: Governor Dinwiddie
We owe Ray Epps a punch in the face, or at least a swift kick in the nuts.
