NEW BUFFALO, Mich. — REAL News Michiana has obtained exclusive bodycam video of a false arrest of Granger man by the United States Coast Guard last month. The Coast Guard made the arrest based off of a flyer sent to them from an anonymous source, then claimed the man was wanted for assaulting a federal officer at the January 6th, 2021, rally in Washington D.C. It turned out, there was no warrant.
The Coast Guard arrested Walker on June 11th of this year at the Moorings Marina in New Buffalo. However, there was no warrant and no evidence the 68-year-old retiree did anything illegal. In fact, it appears the Coast Guard was acting on an anonymous tip without first verifying the information with the FBI.
“For us, we had the tip, and that’s all we really needed to put him in handcuffs.” Coast Guard member, Rylan Ragar, said on the bodycam footage.
Walker says he was at the marina when he saw several Coast Guard members doing boat inspections.
“I said, ‘Are you guys doing inspections?’ And they said, ‘yeah.’ I said ‘Can I get my boat inspected?’ And they said, ‘Yeah, sure.’” Walker said. “They followed me to my boat. And, as soon as I stepped onto my dock, took about two steps, they said ‘Halt. Don’t move. Turn around.’”
At that point, Walker tells RNM, the Coast Guard informed him they were acting on a warrant from the FBI.

There's the problem. The FBI basically created the "flier" themselves.
That is the real story. The Coastie wanted a bust for his PAF (Promotion Assessment Form) or whatever the CG calls them, and thought this would be a great opportunity.
And the public approval they got while standing there with the guy was all icing on the cake.
Although, how did the person yelling at him know he was arrested for Jan 6th stuff? They might want to locate that individual for further questioning.
“It was like they put me on display for everybody to see, standing there in handcuffs for approximately two hours.” Walker recalls. “It was very embarrassing. There were hundreds of people (who saw me). There were some people yelling ‘I hope you have your vaseline. You’re an insurrectionist.’”

Why hasn’t Ray Epps been arrested? Some of his cohorts have been in jail for over a year for doing nothing but being present. Epps was a director of activities as shown on numerous vids, FBI had him on their list of wanted fugitives and the J6 Committee was hunting him before he testified before the Committee.
“The fact that he doesn’t have one (a warrant) is kind of funny.” Coast Guard Member, Ragar, says.

The Coast Guard is exempt from the Posse Comitatus Act.
They also like to hire non-citizens because they are further exempt and can pretty much do as they please.
First the Coast Guard got rid of the sailor uniforms then they got rid of all the officers with at least half a brain and they slide continues.
They do not need to do a search for them, for they have them on speed dial.
Democrats have weaponized every part of government against law abiding Americans. This is just one more example. The core missions of every government entity are being ignored and not met. It renders government useless. Actually this is a perfect way to expose what parts of government are really needed. Take the Border Patrol for instance. It’s needed. It’s failure due to Biden management could not be clearer. The consequences of a failed Border Patrol couldn’t be clearer. Other parts of government just are not needed or missed. Their sole purpose now is to ruin America. Use this feedback to fund essential parts of government and defund other parts.
