LOL! Zero. She has never been enthused about riding a motorcycle, even though I commuted to off farms jobs with a 82 Honda CM450 for about 7 yrs from 91-98. (The thing served the farm well too, checking cattle and fence around the pasture.)
My buddy and I were classmates throughout our school years. His parents owned a small town grocery store, and he learned the gift of gab with customers, which served him well as a cycle salesman. He was both a motorcross rider and a street bike enthusiast. He had sold a number of bikes by just hanging around that bar in Rock Island,IL. Sadly, cancer took him in 2010 at age 56.
Sorry about your friend.
I met the future Mrs. R at a bar in 1990, after crashing my motorcycle. My friend said I was “moping” and made me go out, crutches and all. It was love at first sight, and we just celebrated our 30th anniversary this month.
