But then, neither do the other three Japanese motorcycle manufactures.

As for the CRF300L Rally and accessories, I would invite you to watch a YouTube channel by a young Dutch woman. “Itchy Boots”. She is riding from Bolivia to Alaska on a CRF300. Currently in Baja California.
She has broken a few thing and had problems obtaining a few wear items, BUT zero mechanical breakdowns/
To me she is the best endorsement for that bike, I can imagine. Earlier episodes tell the accessories she added on.
