No. When Agnew resigned, the speaker did not become VP. The president selects a new VP with Congress’ approval.

No, Harris would be replaced first. Then Biden would leave. Pelosi would not become President under that scenario. 25th Amendment governs:
Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Nancy will resign in November, due to huge loss in the House midterms. McCarthy takes the Speaker role, but the Constitution actually says, IIRC, that the House would select a new President if the vp is vacant. Harris is as likely to be impeached as Biden due to her gross incompetence and mental status. R's should impeach her first before Biden, and then choose a moderate to stand in until 2024 elections
