Elon Musk didn’t fake his birth certificate and hide his country of origin like B. Hussein Obama. The Constitution would have to be amended before Musk could run for Vice President because the qualifications for that office and for the Presidency are exactly the same.
They didn't bother to amend the Constitution to allow Kamela Harris to be VP.
Both her parents were foreign nationals at the time of her birth.
