Cooper is the guy who refused to charge the prostitute who claimed the Duke lacrosse team members raped her. It cost Duke millions. Apparently Cooper was protecting some politician in Durham. It could have been anyone down there. When they did a DNA test on the prostitute I heard she had at least ten different dna samples - not one from a lacrosse player. They’re not stupid. They have their choice of coeds, they’re not going to fool around with a fat crazy prostitute. Cooper knew that of course.
