Well, yeah, but keep in mind that the image is from several different spectrums of light (such as infrared) that are not visible to the human eye.
You can always tell the James Webb pictures by the familiar diffraction spikes of the foreground stars. The hexagonal spikes are a result of the hexagonal mirrors. I don’t know what the smaller horizontal are, probably some internal structure.
