I just found this article on the new use of these high power munitions. Apparently they have already knocked out 5 Russian arms depots. Unfortunately the article blocked my reading before I could learn more. Anyone know how to bypass the block?

I have heard that unethical people have been known to resort to archive.ph, and pasted the URL in the bottom box without the referrer tags. I would be shocked, shocked if any Freeper stooped that low.
