Yessir!

I got 200 acres in rural Alabama. Fish in the ponds, fish in the creeks and rivers, deer, squirrel and wild turkey galore, plus all kinds of farm critters and plenty big garden.

And more so, I’m surrounded by hydroelectric plants from the 1930s TVA—might not even lose electricity.

Still, if I do, it will be real hot in the summer. Have to think up some new cooling techniques...

Many decades ago when I was young and stupid a buddy and I would play golf on public courses in Dallas in the middle of summer in the middle of the day.

We would have the course to ourselves since it was so hot outside...

Our secret—we soaked a towel at each water cooler and wrapped it around ourselves.

So—if you have a creek nearby that would be my suggestion....

;-)
