The scariest book I’ve read in a while was “One Second After” by William Forstchen. It deals with survival in America after an EMP attack (no blast, no radiation, ALL circuitry fried). It’s a terrifying and I feel realistic scenario. Everything shut down immediately, most everyone starved or murdered within 90 days. Millions of tons of food rotting in fields or warehouses or on dead trucks while America starves. Geez, sounds like I’m describing the fourth year of the Biden administration.

The prophet Daniel was able to “look into the future” (I’m not sure that is actually how it works!) by about 500 years when he interpreted the King’s dream about the statue made of various materials, and his own dream of the various animals as being the various rulers of the region in the future.
