We had an outbreak where I work, it is nothing more than a cold!!!

My girlfriend and I are just emerging from an upper respiratory infection: a cough caused by phlegm in the throat, nasal congestion, some sneezing, and loss of sense of taste/smell. No apparent fever, and no sore throat. My GF had significant fatigue, but I didn't. This is the first time either of us have been sick since February, 2020, when both of us had cold symptoms that lasted about three weeks as they tapered off.
Neither of us are vaccinated, but we both follow some of the OTC protocols that have been recommended (D3, Zinc, etc.). Was this Covid? Maybe, because in mild-to-moderate cases the symptoms are like a common cold or flu.
