How things have changed. When I was in the military during the Vietnam era and we troops were dragged into military lectures ordered from the top of the food chain, it was usually about stuff everyone already knew, like the dangers of STDs and hookers. We laughed at the grainy films and the childish melodramatic script they read from, but we put up with it before we went on liberty to go play with the hookers. Now, these poor troops would welcome the STD lectures and grainy films of crabs crawling in crevices. rather than today’s lectures of what racist Caucasian a$$es they are.
