Look it, I am a old man. I am frightened. I had the covid twice now. I don’t think I can survive another.
So stay home. If you must go out, wear a mask if you want but more importantly wash/sanitize your hands frequently and don’t touch door knobs or other common areas without using hand sanitizer afterwards. Take vitamins like C, D, B complex & K, and supplements like zinc, quercetin, turmeric & nigella sativa. Get ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine if you can. If you get covid anyway, like I did, then it’s truly up to God if you live or die. Living in fear and isolation isn’t the answer, and neither is the vaccine.
Did you take anything for it (vitamins, supplements, etc)? Or just ride it out?
Is your vitamin d level between 60-80? If not, yes, you could die from covid. And if your doc is not checking your D level, he’s worthless.
Get a prescription for ivermectin and HCQ from a Push Health.
And get right with God. That is what will take the fear away.
If you’re old you’re likely retired and only need to go out to shop for food.
Where do you think you got exposed to it? Taverns? Bingo parties?
I’m a boomer myself and blame some of the spread on boomers who could not just stay home and let the younger folks work and run their businesses.
I'm also old and I've had it once. It was like a mild cold. But I never took the needle, so my immune system isn't compromised. I'll take my chances with another bout. This is more fearmongering than anything.
