Why aren’t they themselves responsible for what they are? As fa as I know I’m totally responsible for what I am. Why not they?
A lot of these feral people are on the fourth generation of lives filled with out of wedlock births, absentee fathers, unpunished violence, anti-social behavior, illiteracy, widespread felonious behavior, and a total civil breakdown.
They really don't have anyone to model responsible behavior after, so they just give in to their basest impulses.
