The farm deal worth €386.6 billion will be implemented from January 1, 2023, and makes up one-third of the EU’s budget.

EU was practically founded on farm subsidies.
Right now it is 1/3 of the budget. Incredible amounts.
That’s why they cannot find any money for the defense!
