One case does not invalidate the million who died from covid.
It was certainly done in a lot more than one case, as has already been admitted by multiple health authorities.
My state did it will all deaths. Tested positive yet died from cancer? COVID. They even counted people in hospice that was dying from other things.

Without seeing the medical records, including labs, for those deaths, we don’t know for certain that they died due to the coof.
Elections aren’t the only things in dire need of an audit.
