Just think. Justin Smollett. Anita Hill(way back). The O.J. trial. Throw in Judge Kavanaugh just to avoid calling this post racist. On the other hand too much of it involves JUST blacks. While they may contribute 50%+ of the entertainment they also committed 50%+ of the murders so what do we do? Turn of the TV and the NFL?

My hope is that Watson gets suspended for the whole year. The NFL has an interest in it. There are QB’s named Mayfield and Garoppolo who need new homes for one year only and a 6 game suspension would only kick the can down the road(mid-season) where the issue will come up again. One year ‘timeout’. Mayfield learns to be a better boy and the 2 in limbo QB’s get their true worth sorted out over a full season.
It’s up to the judge. So why do I think it will be Judge Durham all over again? The NFL won’t push for a harsh suspension. They’re scared of blacks. It’s a fine line where face saving is called for. That and throwing a bone of some sort to the losing party. What will it be?

criminally liable for nothing
civilly liable for nothing
yet be suspended from his place of employ.
