Exactly. When a house has been on the market too long, it throws up red flags to potential buyers. Either there are major issues with the house or it is overpriced.

As a buyer, I was only really interested in homes that just came on the market. If they were listed for a month or more, I crossed them off the list, figuring something was off.

Depending on the overall RE market, there are three things that will never change when selling a property……price, location and condition and they must be adjusted accordingly.
