It’s interesting that today’s Wisconsin Supreme Court decision and last week’s SCOTUS EPA decision both rein in the power of unelected bureaucracy and reaffirm the power of the legislature alone to make law. I wonder if the SCOTUS ruling might stiffen the spine of some state courts.
I’m also wondering whether this decision by the Wisconsin Court can be followed up with a challenge to the 2020 election results. Their ruling has made it much easier for them to make that case.
