How does the Biden executive order work from a legal perspective? I honestly don’t know. If this is able to stand as legal, does that mean he could sign an executive order outlawing any dissent? How about a law making conservatives enemies of the State? How about reinstating slavery? My list could be endless.

Does this edict, introduce the concept of the breakdown of the legal system? Could this be the ignition that allows the military to take over the control of the Government?

Pinged a couple of people who may know good answers. My .02 is that don’t EO’s have to be supportive or in line with existing law? I don’t see any way an EO can circumvent or rebel against a SCOTUS decision, or force states to do something, or prevent states from doing something, that the state legislatures haven’t voted on or against.
