More like 6-8 hits from 90 shots. LEOs normally suck with stationary targets. Moving target would be damn near impossible for Dunkin Donuts to hit on a good day. Now if LEO has a fully auto M-4 that’s a whole different problem every citizen should be worried about.

Another report said 12 hits out of 90 shots. If 90 shots were fired then the 60 to 80 hits figure is preposterous on its face. A moving figure at night. Cops on adrenalin. This 60 to 80 hits nonsense can only be believed by journalists and the folks it was meant to inflame.
