We will be seeking relief?? Unbelievable. They are allowing a hack judges orders overruling the SC be allowed to stand until you “get relief”? The “Judges” orders should have been ignored and tossed five minutes after they were made.
They’re not overruling the U.S. Supreme Court. SCOTUS said only that there was no federal right to abortion. Whether there is a state right is to be determined by each state, and there isn’t an appeal to SCOTUS on that.
